Congratulations! You are cordially invited to participate in
the 23rd running of the DFS NCAA Tournament Pool! I’m
thrilled to say that our pool continues to be strong, robust
and very competitive. Last year, in fact, the pool attracted
196 participants.
Kyle Sheridan, the son of Mark Sheridan, a high school chum
of the commissioner, won last year, amassing 3062. Nancy
Updike, the commissioner's aunt, took home 833 for second.
Rookies Mark Berman and Kate Reuter upstaged numerous pool
veterans to tie for third and claim 441 apiece last year.
Doris Formosa wallowed in last place (196th).
This year's pool has two notable changes:
1. We are switching from Tubro Tourney to CBSSportsline to
manage the pool. The commissioner is going on vacation
during the tournament this year and therefore would have
been unable to update the standings on TurboTourney. With
CBS, the standings will be updated automatically.
2. Our point system has changed. To review this change in
great detail and learn more about our pool in general,
