Congratulations! You are cordially invited to participate in the 30th running of the DFS NCAA Tournament Pool! We would have illustriously completed our 3rd decade in operation last year had the tournament not been canceled by due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Many of you recently inquired if there would even be a pool this year due to the seemingly uncertain nature of this years tournament. COVID-19 related forfeits or cancelations seems to be a potential threat. But because I am fully committed to providing my constituents with the most comprehensive and efficiently run pool in all the land, I am proud to announce that I will not forgo my responsibilities as pool commissioner. The show will go on!
Please just keep in mind that the tournament starts on Friday this year, a day later than normal. Also keep in my that a forfeit, unfortunately, is a loss in the pool. If a team you picked forfeits, then you lose that game.
Shockingly, John Cronin won the pool in 2019 (2444). He's back to defend his title. Walker Ged, the second place finisher in 2019 (940) and John Ferraro (376), the third place finisher in 2019, also return. Judy Mondelli, who woefully finished in last in 2019 (194th), is also back.
